SHIPPING OPTIONS

CARRIERS
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.  We can ship worldwide.

BUYER'S EXPENSE
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is clearly marked with an indication that shipping is included or free.

INSURANCE
Optional but strongly recommended. Declare insurance and shipping preferences at the time of purchase.

RESPONSIBILITIES

RETURN SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

INVALID ADDRESS
We are not responsible for re-shipping due to invalid addresses or failure to obtain a signature.

LOSSES
Any losses during transit are the buyer’s responsibility unless insurance is purchased from the carrier.

STEPS TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Request Approval: Contact customer service to obtain return authorization.
  2. Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is securely packaged with all original components.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the provided return address at your expense.
  4. Receive Store Credit: Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue store credit to your account.
