Terms and Conditions

1. Consignment Period: Items are typically consigned for a period of 90 days. Extensions may be negotiated based on item desirability and market trends.  Unsold items will be returned at the owner's expense using the shipping carrier of their choice.



2. Commission Structure: We operate on a tiered commission basis. The percentage we retain decreases as the item's sale price increases, incentivizing the sale of higher-value items.   We are highly competitive in our consignment offerings, delivering exceptional service at a price that is fair to all.



3. Authenticity Guarantee: We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell and require this of all consigned items. This commitment underpins the trust our clients place in us.  Entrupy verification and certificates are optional and at the sole discretion of the buyer and/or seller.

  We take authenticity very seriously and will not do business with buyers, sellers, or consigners who deal in replicas or other forms of fraudulent activity.

Return Policy and Dispute Resolution

1. Returns: In the rare event of a return, items must be returned within 14 days in their original condition with the prior approval of HAUTE LUXE management. We handle disputes professionally, ensuring fair resolution in line with our high standards.  If an item is found to be unauthentic, the buyer will be refunded in full and the item returned to the seller minus our expenses.



2. Dispute Resolution: We facilitate an open and honest dialogue to resolve disputes. Our dedicated client service team is always available to ensure the full satisfaction of both the buyer and seller.
